Focus: yushu reconstruction will be the new energy to build ecological tourism city

It is understood that the scientific and technological support for post-disaster reconstruction focus area, divided into five areas.

One is to restore life to constructing water, light, hybrid power as the main towns in the energy supply system, the construction of the "green energy Newcastle", including distributed intelligent power grid, solar photovoltaic power generation and heating integration architecture, urban and rural living energy system, etc.;

Second, the development, production, animal husbandry, characteristic built plateau biodiversity resource production and processing technology system, the construction of the "ecological economy", including the combination of natural and artificial, Cordyceps sinensis, livestock production characteristics of biological resources, such as the protection and development of the application;

The third is the construction of ecological restoration, ecological monitoring, repair, protection, combining the technical system, construction of the "ecological fine surroundings of new yushu", including ecological monitoring system and environment information system, ecological protection and restoration, etc.;

Fourth, strengthen public services capabilities, building modern new remote information network as the main body of the public service system, the construction of the "digital yushu," including agricultural and livestock technology network, remote medical system, remote education system, remote cultural service system, tourism information system, e-Government, e-commerce systems, etc.;

Fifth, the upgrading of technology services capabilities, building hardware and software combination of mutual adaptation of technology service system, improved public service capacity of science and technology, including technology training, technology management, technology, consulting, and technology demonstration.
